-Conditioning consists of running, lifting, and football specific drills.
-Moratorium is set by the UHSAA. It is a time that no practice or drills or lifting may be done.
-Conditioning after the moratorium is strongly suggested because we will be working drills and formulating the team.
*We understand that summer is for family vacations, church camps, etc.. So there is flexibility and we are willing to work with players individual needs.*
