Team conditioning Monday -Thursday Mornings, starts Monday June 5th at BEHS
Seniors and Juniors 7 to 8:45
Monday -Wednesday and Friday
-Practice from 3 to 5pm at BEMS. Monday players will get equipment to take home and make sure it fits (we will have it out again before practice on Tuesday and Wednesdayif they need to exchange for different sizes)
Thursday
-Scrimmages at Bear River at 6pm. Bus will leave from BEMS at 5pm. Parents are welcome at scrimmages.
Objective of camp: we want all players to learn the basic offense and defense for their position. We are trying to get all players equal reps at their position.
Reminder: It is warmer than it has been the past few weeks so please make sure your player is hydrating at home and at school. We have water at practice (each player can bring their own water too) but it is so much better if they come hydrated properly.
8th Grade team camp will be May 15-19 at BEMS.
-3-5:00pm practice each day and a scrimmage on Thursday at 6pm at Bear River High

-Optional practices each Wednesday at BEMS from 3 to 4pm starting April 12
Varsity/JV team camp will be July 10-14

-Summer conditioning and practices begin on June 5 and go Monday to Thursday 7 to 8:30am
-Juniors and Seniors practice and lift from 7-8:30am
-Sophomores and Freshmen practice and lift from 7:45 to 9am
